Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities


Depending on the position and department assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Shipping and receiving operations
• Inventory control and warehouse support
• Shipment coordination and tracking
• Import and export documentation
• Data entry and operational record management
• Customer service and account support
• Communication with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal departments
• Air export shipment coordination
• Order processing and administrative support
• General logistics and operations support

Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency required
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Data Entry)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and dependable

Preferred Qualifications

• Logistics, warehouse, transportation, or customer service experience
• Import/export or international shipping experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Shift schedules vary by position:

• 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
