We are searching for someone who can bring professionalism, empathy, and strong organizational skills to our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who wants more than just a jobits a chance to truly make an impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Has six (6) months experience with regulated personal care agency or like company.
• Maintains CPR Certification.
• Ability to supervise and direct care team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills include ability to delegate and relate tactfully with customers and the community.
• Must be proficient with windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role.
• Excellent time management skills and mentor capabilities for self and agency staff.
• Maintains a valid Drivers license as defined by the State of Indiana and/or Agency policy.

Essential Position Functions: Personal Care Liaison

• Available during regular business hours in person 8:00am-4:30PM

Other Position Functions:

• Provides backup for personal care attendant positions as needed.
• Participates in On-Call rotation.
• Performs other tasks and job duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
• Participates in the reconciliation of complaints and grievances as needed. (See complaints and Grievances policy).
