As we continue expanding our Emergency & Specialty services throughout Northeast Florida, we are seeking experienced Client Service Representatives (CSR) to join our teams at our Orange Park and Jacksonville (E-Town) hospitals.

Position OverviewThe Client Service Representative serves as the first impression of Allied Veterinary Specialists and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional experience for clients, patients, and referring veterinarians.
Responsibilities Greet clients and patients professionally and compassionately
Manage incoming phone calls and direct communications appropriately
Schedule appointments, consultations, and procedures accurately
Check patients in and out efficiently
Review estimates, invoices, and payment options with clients
Process payments and maintain financial accuracy
Support emergency patient arrivals and urgent client needs
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of veterinary Client Service Representative experience
Experience working in a veterinary hospital environment
Strong client communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospital experience strongly preferred
Experience handling high call volumes and multi-line phone systems
Experience with ezyVet and/or VetRadar software systems preferred
