SeneGence is seeking an energetic, organized, and entrepreneurial Marketplace Sales Coordinator to help lead a unique company-wide asset disposition initiative following the consolidation of our California operations into Oklahoma.

This role will take ownership of photographing, marketing, listing, and coordinating the sale of office furniture, equipment, fixtures, and specialty assets through online marketplaces and other sales channels. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a talent for presenting products in a way that attracts buyers and drives results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Catalog and log office, fulfillment, and manufacturing equipment for resale
  • Create compelling listings across platforms such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace
  • Photograph and accurately present inventory for prospective buyers
  • Maintain detailed item descriptions, pricing information, and sales records
  • Track and respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate communication between buyers and internal stakeholders
  • Support offer review and negotiation processes
  • Coordinate pickups, shipments, and transaction logistics
  • Maintain inventory and sales tracking reports
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, buyer interest, and completed transactions
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, sales coordination, customer service, or related roles
  • Experience with online marketplaces preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic proficiency with Excel and inventory tracking tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
