BCBA Opportunity | Cordova / East Memphis, TN

A brand-new, privately owned ABA clinic is opening in Cordova, TN, and they're looking for a BCBA who wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level and have a real impact on culture, clinical quality, and how services are delivered.

 

What BCBAs are looking for:

✅ Small caseload (8-12 clients)

✅ 25 billable hours/week

✅ Clinic-based only (no home sessions)

✅ Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM-5 PM

✅ Collaboration with an on-site SLP and OT

✅ Direct access to ownership and leadership

✅ A clinician-focused environment, not a large corporate chain

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• $85K-$100K base salary

• Performance bonuses

• $3,000 sign-on bonus

• 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

• PTO and paid holidays

• CEU support and ongoing mentorship

 

Client population:

Ages 18 months to 6 years with an early intervention focus.
