Our agency opened in 1997 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong relationships. Im a United States Marine Corps veteran and previously worked with the State Farm Credit Union before opening my agency, bringing a disciplined and service-driven approach to the business.

Im a graduate of Rutgers Universitys School of Business and have a large, family-oriented household with children and grandchildren. I also served as a volunteer firefighter and stay involved with the Marine Corps League.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Mcfadden - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
