Work Schedule: Hybrid (M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 1 day onsite weekly)

Company Overview

A large public sector organization supporting numerous departments across a complex county-wide operating environment is seeking a Dynamic Developer to support enterprise application development and modernization initiatives.

Position Summary

The Dynamic Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain backend web applications with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and enterprise integrations. The role supports scalable application development, API creation, data management, and ongoing system enhancements within a collaborative development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Build and support Microsoft Power Platform applications and integrations
• Develop ASP.NET applications using C# and Visual Studio
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, reporting, and integration services
• Utilize Azure DevOps and GitHub for source control and collaboration
• Produce technical documentation including architecture, deployment, and implementation materials
• Participate in Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Lean practices
• Support system enhancements, testing, deployment, and implementation activities
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of backend web development experience
• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience
• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience
• Minimum 3 years of ASP.NET development using C# and Visual Studio
• Minimum 3 years of SQL Server development including stored procedures and reporting solutions
• Minimum 3 years of Azure DevOps experience
• Experience with GitHub and version control best practices
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within development teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing scalable enterprise applications
• Experience with open-source development tools and frameworks
• Experience supporting large-scale public sector environments
• Knowledge of web security, session management, and application best practices
• Experience with API development and system integrations
