IT Support Specialist – Epicor ERP

Location: Fullerton, California 
Schedule: Fully Onsite
Pay: $35–$55/hour DOE

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with strong Epicor ERP experience for a growing manufacturing company in Orange County.

Requirements:

• Must be local to Orange County, CA
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Strong experience supporting Epicor ERP
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory, hardware support, and troubleshooting
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and technical support for end users
• Support Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, and connectivity issues
• Support Epicor ERP users across multiple departments
• Assist with Epicor reports, dashboards, BAQs, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Support shop floor technology including barcode scanners and production terminals
• Assist with system improvements, data accuracy, and process enhancements
