Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Complete staffing oversight for your Area of Responsibility
• Teamwork in getting the whole job done over the entire restaurant
• Profit & Loss accountability
• Build guest loyalty

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a similar full-service casual dining role OR strong experience.
• Experience with annual sales volume over 5m
• People passion and a kind, upbeat personality
• The ability and willingness to be responsible for both FOH and BOH areas 
• Good tenure and food safety knowledge
