A Benefits Account Manager at a Globe Life agency is a sales and account management role. You act as the primary liaison between the agency and local businesses, helping companies implement supplemental health and life insurance for their employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with HR directors and business owners to present worksite advantage programs.
  • Employee Consultation: Educate employees on supplemental benefit options, helping them select coverage that fits their needs.
  • Account Servicing: Handle day-to-day administration, assist with billing issues, answer client inquiries, and conduct annual account reviews.
  • New Business Development: Network and prospect local businesses to secure new corporate accounts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client information and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Licensing: An active Life and Health Insurance license in the state of Wisconsin (or the ability to obtain one prior to starting).
  • Experience: Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management, B2B sales, or insurance are heavily preferred.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable educating individuals and groups.
