Job Title: Recruiter  

Location: Boston, MA 02114

Duration: 06 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.

Job Description:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or business related field or equivalent experience.  
• 1-3 year's experience recruiting financial services professionals either in a corporate or search firm recruiting role with demonstrated full life cycle recruiting responsibilities.
• Campus and other community-based entry-level recruiting experience required. Proven capabilities with recruiting passive candidates using social media technologies and resume database searches, among other methods.    
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (PeopleSoft E-Recruit or Oracle Taleo experience preferred) with demonstrated compliance and recruiting administration experience.      
• Accomplished proficiency with MS Office applications and internet database usage.    
• Demonstrated knowledge of behaviorally based interviewing techniques Self-starter, flexible and adaptable to constant change with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.  
• Customer service driven with strong organizational and project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.    
• Proven dependability; committed to working as a trusted team member, able to build and maximize professional relationships.
