Janitorial Associate (Shop + Office)

Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Pay Rate: $17–$19 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness and organization in both our shop and office areas. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties in shop and office areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness in cafeteria and breakroom areas
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and cleaning procedures
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual

Work Environment:
This position involves working in both office and shop environments, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
