Food Science Admin (Regulatory Affairs) Opening

Location: East Hanover, NJ. Onsite M-F.
Ongoing contract (minimum 1+ years in duration)
Pay rate: $22-25/hr

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with an established flavor manufacturer in the Wayne, NJ area, is on the search for a sharp Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their Foods/Nutrition team on a long term contract assignment (minimum 1+ year)! This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to enter utilize their food science background

Food Science Admin (Regulatory Affairs) Job Duties:

• Provide internal customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious timeframe to meet global commercial, creation and research initiatives
• Identify regulatory challenges relevant to commercial opportunities, and collaborate cross functionally to solve them
• Assist regulatory specialists and managers as assigned
• Complete client regulatory / technical questionnaires
• Develop and maintain company SOPs Generate customer documents
• Identify issues relevant to customer opportunities Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies with current processes
• Deliver support on time, meeting customer expectations.

Food Science Admin (Regulatory Affairs) Requirements:

• University / Bachelor’s Degree in food, biological or physical sciences
• System Savvy
• Working knowledge of food/flavor industry and regulatory requirements
