Service / Repair Department Coordinator

3+ years' experience in truck/trailer repair, manufacturing maintenance, troubleshooting

• Leadership, positivity and motivational experience in a team environment
• Experience with supervising and motivating employees
• Leads in fabrication of jigs, fixtures and other aids to assist with Tarp System repairs
• Problem solving and troubleshooting experience for mechanical, electrical and process related problems on trailers and tarp systems
• Welding experience an asset
• Preventative maintenance experience in facility operations, equipment and proficient in the operation of hand tools
• Computer and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment showing a sense of urgency in work practices
• Ability to do basic electrical problem solving
• Working experience in the transportation, transport and trailer repair industry would be extremely beneficial
• Experience in diagnostic, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment while complying with all company policies and procedures
