As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn care services that enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.

As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn care services that enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a well-groomed appearance.
- Perform other various duties such as grounds cleanups, aeration, fertilizer application, etc.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping machinery.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is required with a minimum of 2 years.
- Familiarity with operating power tools is a must.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues on-site.
- A strong understanding of lawn care practices will be beneficial in delivering quality service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when working independently.
- Irrigation knowledge is also a plus.
- A clean MVR is required.
