2nd Shift Picker/ Packer (CH#336695)

We are hiring reliable and motivated Picker Packers for a fast-paced warehouse in Elwood, IL.

Pay: $17.99/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (OT and weekends as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements
• Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards
• Accurately select items from shelves or bins based on order slips or handheld scanner instructions.
• Neatly and securely pack items into boxes for shipping, ensuring the correct materials (e.g., bubble wrap, packing paper) are used.
• Apply accurate shipping and tracking labels to boxes or packages.

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and E-Verify
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
