Weekend Administrative Assistant/Sales Office Coordinator
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays
Hours: 12:00PM-5:00PM
We are recruiting for our client, a luxury residential property management firm who is in search of Administrative Support for one of their prestigious locations in Boca Raton. This position is ideal for someone with corporate experience, seeking steady weekend employment.
You will primarily, provide administrative and back-office support to their sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain reports, sales data, and contact lists
• Update and maintain information within the CRM system, including registrations, client inquiries, and sales activity
• Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, conference calls, and project calendars
• Manage office operations, including filing, mail distribution, office supplies
• Maintain an organized office environment, and coordinate office equipment maintenance
• Assist with marketing initiatives, special projects and day-to-day office needs
Qualifications:
• Prior administrative, office support, or coordinator experience required
• Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with CRM systems; SPARK experience is a plus
• Professional and client-service demeanor
• Must possess strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities
• Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, property management, or other high-end client-facing environments is preferred
