Apartments Maintenance Technician

Your responsibilities will include:

1.  you can perform apartment Make-Readies on schedule.

2. you can perform apartment repair work orders, as assigned.

Skills Required:

1.  you know how to repair sheet rock.

2. you know how to paint an apartment efficiently and professionally.

3.  you know how to install or repair drains, p-traps, dish washers, disposals, faucets, commodes, shower controls, or tub spouts.

4. you know how to do minor electrical tasks like installing ceiling fans, light fixtures, or dishwashers;  and you know how to diagnose and fix minor issues related to breakers, standard and GFCI outlets.

6.  You know how to install door locks, make new keys, mount doors, repair windows, cabinets, vanities, or doors; repair fencing, do minor landscaping, look for and repair water leaks. 

7. Maintain grounds and make sure property is clean and tidy; maintain a tidy shop, can do minor emergency roof related repairs.

Other Requirements

1.  Able to arrive to job on time, and leave on time.

2.  Able to start and finish assignments on schedule.

3.  Ability to interface with Property Manager, residents, and ownership in professional manner.

4.  maintain a cell phone, have reliable transportation, have basic tools to do job
