What You Will Do

* Service and repair a steady stream of Japanese cars and trucks, alongside occasional domestics and select European models.
* Use advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately pinpoint mechanical and electrical vehicle faults.
* Perform high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance tasks right the first time.
* Clearly communicate the root causes of issues to help advisors explain them to customers.
* Keep your designated work area safe, organized, and clean.

What We Are Looking For

* Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
* Strong diagnostic and repair familiarity with Japanese makes (Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Nissan, etc.).
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* ASE certifications are highly preferred but not required.
* A complete set of your own tools.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in your craftsmanship.
