Systems/Network Administration (Ramsey, MN)
We are currently recruiting a full time System Administrator to join our team. We are in need of a technical individual that is detailed oriented and a self starter that can work efficiently and independently. This individual would be responsible to manage and administer a Windows environment. Experience with Cisco switches and Watchguard firewalls. Experience using Qualsys, Solarwinds SEIM and log management. Individual must be able to multi-task. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operation of computer network including hardware/software support, training, and special projects.
- Ability to manage Dell and Cisco switch technology.
- Install and maintain a virtual server/network using HyperV server.
- Maintain inventory of all systems.
- Experience with Power shell
- Setup, planning, configuration and maintenance of Dell MS Servers across primary and co-location sites.
- Installation/configuration of IT equipment including systems/network patching and firmware updates.
- Administers and supports MS Remote Desktop Services
- Administration/deployment of company applications and anti-virus/malware support
- Disaster recovery methods and procedures
- Support local and remote users of MS Windows
- Diagnose, solve and deliver root cause analysis of hardware/OS issues
- Document, maintain inventory, upgrade/replace hardware/software systems
- Participate in help desk type activities for end user and desktop support as needed
- Manage and prioritize projects
