About Us
We operate a portfolio of short-term rentals in the Scioto County area. Our guests expect a 5-star experience, and the foundation of that experience is a sparkling clean, welcoming home.
Position Overview
We are looking for reliable individual(s) to split a total pool of roughly 15-20 hours of cleaning per week. You can expect a consistent 7 to 10 hours of work per week.
Because guest bookings dictate our schedule, flexibility is key. Most work takes place during our strict guest turnover window: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Turnover cleaning: Clean, sanitize, and stage short-term rental homes to brand standards. Wash and reset linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies.
- Staging & Detail: Fold towels, organize cabinets, and stage furniture with an eye for detail.
- Communication: Email completed checklist and photos to confirm job completion. Coordinate days off with co-cleaner(s) or cover shifts when others are sick.
- Quality Control: Identify and report maintenance issues or missing supplies.
- Deep Cleaning: Occasionally assist with deep cleans or seasonal refreshes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience (experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or hospitality is a major plus).
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be regularly available to work within the 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM window. Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is required on a rotating or shared basis, as these are peak check-out days.
- The "Team" Mindset: Honest, reliable, and communicative. You are comfortable occasionally coordinating with your co-cleaner to swap shifts or hand off tasks.
- Reliability & Transport: Must have a smartphone (for accessing our scheduling app and sending photos) and your own reliable transportation to travel to our properties.
- Background: SSN or Tax ID required; must pass a background check.
