Job Title : Supply Chain Planning Manager
Location : Delanco, NJ 08075 (Onsite)/ (Mount Laurel, NJ) (Onsite)
Salary - $110-$140k/yr
Fine with travel-Delano and they are moving to another building later this year in mt laurel so just need to be able to be comfortable going to both locations
About the Role
This role ensures efficient production flow, minimizes inventory costs, and maintains optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., EPICOR, M3, SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques, such as Just-in-Time (JIT) and ABC analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in APICS (CPIM) or CSCP is a plus.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
