Job Title: Material Management Coordinator / Material Handler
Location: DFW Airport – Start Date 7/13
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Project-Based

Talent Corps is seeking experienced Material Management professionals to support a large-scale construction project beginning July 13th.

We are hiring for two positions:

• 1 Lead Material Management Coordinator – Responsible for directing material operations and overseeing inventory management.
• 1 Material Handler Assistant – Supports daily material handling, staging, and inventory activities.

If you have experience managing construction materials, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining organized inventory systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and equipment
• Stage materials and equipment in designated laydown areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking logs
• Coordinate deliveries with Project Managers and vendors
• Ensure proper material storage and compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the project site
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction material management, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Strong organizational and inventory tracking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred
• Experience operating a SkyTrak and/or warehouse forklift preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
