Location: California, USA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
Reports to: Inbound Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Why This Role Matters
A great warehouse starts with great receiving. When inventory comes in cleanly, accurately, and with care, everything downstream gets better. The Receiver helps set that standard every day.
This role is for someone who takes pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and careful with the work. You will help make sure products enter the building correctly, issues are caught early, and the team can trust the inventory they are working with.
Position Overview
The Receiver is responsible for accurately unloading, inspecting, counting, labeling, documenting, and organizing incoming shipments at Supership USA’s California facility. You will work closely with the Inbound Supervisor and warehouse team to ensure that client inventory is received correctly, discrepancies are flagged quickly, and products are ready for storage or fulfillment.
What You’ll Help Build
- A receiving area that is organized, accurate, and reliable.
- Strong first-step inventory habits for a new U.S. operation.
- A team culture where careful work is noticed and valued.
- A smoother experience for clients whose products depend on us.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
- Count, inspect, label, and document received products.
- Compare received goods against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.
- Identify damages, shortages, overages, incorrect items, or labeling issues.
- Photograph or document receiving issues when required.
- Move products to staging, putaway, quarantine, or assigned storage areas.
- Help maintain receiving docks, staging areas, and storage zones in a clean and organized condition.
- Use warehouse systems, scanners, spreadsheets, or other tools to support accurate receiving.
- Follow company SOPs, client-specific requirements, and safety procedures.
- Support inventory counts, putaway tasks, replenishment, and general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, shipping/receiving, or 3PL experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort counting/documenting inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using scanners, basic warehouse technology, and simple documentation tools.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift, move, stand, walk, bend, communicate and otherwise work in a warehouse environment as required.
We are building something with purpose: a warehouse that feels organized, ambitious, human, and proud of the work it does every day.
We believe great fulfillment is more than moving boxes. It is the quiet discipline behind growing ecommerce brands. It is accuracy when no one is watching, teamwork when the day gets busy, and the willingness to improve the process instead of accepting “that’s just how warehouses work.”
Our California team will provide full-service ecommerce fulfillment, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, retail compliance support, and client success services. More importantly, this team will help shape how Supership operates in the United States from the ground up.
If you care about doing good work, building clean systems, supporting your teammates, and being part of a facility that gets better month after month, this is a chance to bring your passion into a company that is still early enough for your contribution to matter.
