Leasing Consultant

·       Assist with daily office operations

·       Previous apartment leasing or related experience

·       Sales and customer service skills required

·       Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations or ability to learn

·       Experience with property management software is a plus CRM IQ, ONESITE, YARDI.

·       Reliable transportation current photo ID

·       Professional appearance and excellent communication skills

·       Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team

·       Lead apartment model home tours and sell apartment amenities
