Laborer – Excavation Company

We are seeking a motivated Laborer to join our growing excavation team. This position offers hands-on experience in excavation, site development, land clearing, utility installation, grading, and other construction projects. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation projects
• Perform manual labor including digging, trenching, pipe installation, and site cleanup
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Construction or equipment operation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
