Industrial Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Iron Works is a growing custom iron door manufacturer in Pearl, MS. We are hiring an Industrial Engineer to make our plant faster, leaner, and more profitable across fabrication, paint, assembly, and installation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Time-study every station and find the bottlenecks

- Redesign plant layout and workflow for max throughput

- Set production standards (labor hours and units per door)

- Cut waste in steel, paint, and labor - with dollar savings tracked

- Build the KPI dashboard for the shop floor

- Lead cost-reduction and continuous-improvement projects

MUST HAVE

- Industrial Engineering degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)

- 3+ years in a manufacturing, fab shop, or construction environment

- Proven cost savings or throughput gains - with real numbers to show

- Strong with time studies, process mapping, and Lean / Six Sigma tools

- On-site in Pearl, MS (not remote)

COMPENSATION

- $100,000 base salary to start

- Performance bonus tied to documented savings and throughput gains
