Compensation: $21.50 per hour – paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly workers for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you’ll build and assemble commercial units while ensuring high quality standards in a team-focused environment. • Assemble units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for precise assembly
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and specifications are met
• Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools preferred
• Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings and instructions preferred
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and temperature changes #BCjobs
