Production Painter
Location: Plant City, FL
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time
Now Hiring: Production Painter
Mobile Staff Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Painter for a manufacturing facility in Plant City, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, painting, and finishing metal products while maintaining high-quality standards and workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed.
- Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray equipment, brushes, or rollers.
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with material handling and movement of products when necessary.
- Perform touch-up work and corrective painting as required.
- Work closely with production teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or production painting preferred.
- Knowledge of paint preparation techniques and coating applications.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
- Experience using spray guns and painting equipment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Must wear required PPE and follow safety guidelines.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings as required.
