Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: -Diabetic who is having bypass surgery. Looking for help around the house until recovered - I live with my wife 3 kids (ages 13, 14 and 5). We have 2 small dogs - I enjoy going to baseball games and playing guitar in my free time - My ideal day would be to have someone available from 4 AM- 1 p.m. The person should be ok around kids and understand basic needs for a 5-year-old girl. About the care needs: - recovering from open heart surgery - Basic cardiac skills (BP, med distribution, etc) Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
