Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a CRNA in Clinton, Iowa for locum tenens coverage supporting inpatient surgical services. This role provides anesthesia for a variety of OR service lines with EPIC EMR documentation and a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule.

Opportunity Details

• Location: Clinton, Iowa
• Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
• Setting: Inpatient surgical services with OR coverage
• Coverage:
  • 6/16 - 6/18 (12-hour day coverage)
  • 7/13 - 7/17 (8- or 12-hour day coverage)
  • Every Monday in June and July (8-hour day coverage)

Clinical Scope

• Provide anesthesia for:
  • General
  • Orthopedic
  • GI
  • Urology
  • ENT
  • Obstetrics
• Excludes head/heart procedures
• Documentation in EPIC EMR
• Case volume: approximately 50-55 cases per week

Practice Environment

• OR-based practice with 4 ORs plus GI and OB suites
• No telehealth and no outreach
• No APP supervision expected
• Medical imaging and lab/pharmacy services available

Schedule Details

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Shift structure: 8-hour shifts (patient contact hours total 40)
• On-call: if willing, once trained (not scheduled in advance)

Requirements

• Active Iowa medical license
• DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (CRNA)
• CRNA degree/certification
