REQUIRED PROCEDURES

  • Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only (tubal ligation, LOA's, chronaIubation)
    
  • Operative/major (includes diagnostic) (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
    

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC required (Certified)
  
• Licenses: MT license or willing to obtain
  
• Certifications: BLS
  
• Experience: Must have OB experience in the past 2 years
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide on-call coverage for emergent gynecologic and obstetric procedures
  
• Respond to pager calls within 30 minutes, with 3 hours of gratis time per 24-hour shift
  
• Manage emergency GYN surgeries including operative laparoscopy, ectopic pregnancy management, and ovarian surgery
  
• Handle occasional emergent OB procedures, including C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and management of high-risk conditions
  
• Ensure thorough documentation in Epic EMR
