Sales Representative - Batavia, IL 60510

Peloton Workforce is currently seeking qualified candidates on behalf of our client, a growing recreational supply company located in Batavia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and earning strong commission income.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach
• Present products and solutions to customers and identify their needs
• Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Marketing experience is a plus
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is beneficial

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $50,000
• Expected first-year total compensation: $70,000–$75,000+
