Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: New Hope, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00AM - 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Perform extrusion duties within the production department to ensure high-quality output.
• Obtain and verify correct documentation and ingredients for each batch, ensuring compliance with recipes and specifications.
• Set up and operate production machinery, checking controls for safety and adherence to procedures.
• Safely process materials, packages, and skids according to customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and support machine cleaning and safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing or industrial operations preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds regularly, with occasional handling of up to 250 pounds.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to use personal protective equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
