Our client, a dynamic organization in the customer service and sales industry, is seeking an Experienced In House Call Center/ Sales Associate to join their team. As an integral part of the Customer Support and Sales Department, supporting the Inside Sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, high energy, and a proactive approach, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Experienced In House Call Center/ Sales Associate

Location: New Rochelle, NY

Pay Range: $22.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
 

What's the Job?

  • Manage customer inquiries and take orders through various communication channels such as phone and email.
  • Work closely with customers to help them select the right items, upsell, and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Engage with lapsed customers during slow periods to re-engage and foster ongoing relationships.
  • Assist with business development projects to expand customer base and improve sales performance.
  • Maintain a professional and energetic demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What's Needed?

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, initiative, and computer literacy.
  • Professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus but not required.
