Inventory Control Specialist - Full-time

About the Role As an Inventory Control Specialist, youll ensure the accuracy and organization of our raw material and product inventorykeeping the right ingredients and supplies in the right place at the right time. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative precision, requiring attention to detail, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. Youll maintain accurate records, lead physical counts, and work closely with warehouse, production, and management teams to keep our materials flowing efficiently. What Youll Do Maintain accurate inventory records for ingredients, packaging, and finished products Participate in physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Verify counts and documentation against system records and adjust discrepancies as needed Stage raw ingredients daily based on production needs Monitor stock levels and adjust as necessary to support ongoing operations Prepare inventory reports and communicate adjustments to management Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently Maintain organized storage areas and warehouse housekeeping standards Support inventory-related projects and assist with other warehouse operations as needed Serve as a backup forklift operator when necessary Follow all GMP, safety, and food safety requirements Why It Matters Accurate inventory is essential to running efficient operations and maintaining product quality.
