Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery
• Providing clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Med Surg (MS) experience required
• Active Illinois RN License (or compact if applicable)
• ACLS (AHA) required within 30 days of start
• Active American Heart Association BLS required
• 2 supervisory references with dates employed

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical leadership
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Med Surg and Telemetry nursing skills
• ACLS and BLS certification
