Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care is delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Provide care in telemetry settings including neurology telemetry, cardiac stepdown, and post-operative units

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in telemetry, cardiac stepdown, neurology, or post-operative nursing
• Ability to manage varying nurse-to-patient ratios depending on unit assignment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a stroke-certified hospital environment
• Familiarity with neurology telemetry or cardiac stepdown patient populations
• Prior experience in post-operative nursing care settings
