Looking for a concrete laborer or concrete finisher to assist with foundations, wall pours, and some flatwork on new commercial, industrial, agricultural, and multi-family construction projects. You will work alongside a team of 3–8 employees, contributing to all phases of concrete work, including forming, pouring, and finishing. Opportunities exist for both entry-level and experienced professionals within foundations, walls, and finishing teams, with consistent full-time hours of 40+ per week.
Hours:
6:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday, then a shorter day on Friday)
Typically are working 40+ hours during the week
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for a variety of structural applications.
- Build, set, and adjust forms and frameworks for walls, foundations, and flatwork to meet project specifications.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints to understand thickness, reinforcement requirements, and project details.
- Use a level to set and verify elevations and ensure proper grades and alignment.
- Monitor and support the timing of all finishing procedures to achieve the desired surface quality.
- Collaborate closely with team members and maintain effective communication with the superintendent.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions while safely lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Contribute to high-quality concrete finishing, including edges, surfaces, and joints, as needed for each project.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
