LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established law firm that is seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented legal professional who thrives in a client focused environment and has a strong understanding of estate administration and related legal processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support attorneys with all phases of estate and trust administration • Prepare and file probate documents and court submissions • Draft estate planning documents including wills powers of attorney and trust instruments • Maintain and organize client files and case records • Communicate with clients financial institutions courts and beneficiaries • Coordinate asset collection valuation and distribution • Prepare estate tax returns and related financial statements • Track deadlines manage case calendars and ensure timely workflow • Conduct legal research related to estate planning and administration
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a trusts and estates paralegal in a law firm environment • Strong understanding of probate procedures and estate administration • Proficiency with legal document drafting court filings and estate tax forms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities • Ability to manage multiple matters and adapt to shifting priorities • Knowledge of relevant state and federal estate laws • Experience with legal software and document management systems

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
