Job Title: General Labor
Job Description
This role supports soil mixing and production operations within an open-bay manufacturing facility. You will handle materials, assist with soil mixing and sorting, and help keep production running smoothly across various general labor tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mixing soil according to established processes and instructions.
- Sort and handle soil and related materials to support production needs.
- Gather and stage materials required for soil mixing and production activities.
- Help change over materials between different production runs and processes.
- Adapt to being placed in various general labor roles within the facility as operational needs change.
- Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Essential Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Comfort working in outdoor or non-climate-controlled environments with exposure to dust, heat, and cold
- Experience in construction, farming, landscaping, oil change/mechanical or other physically demanding outdoor work often adapt well to this position
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts

Work Environment
This position is based in a non-climate-controlled, open-bay manufacturing facility where dust from products creates a generally dirty environment. Temperatures can be very hot during the summer and cold during the winter, so you must be comfortable working in varying conditions. All personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided to support safe work in this industrial setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sardis, MS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
