As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of products on the conveyor line. You will be responsible for lifting up to 50lbs, walking stairs to various levels, assembling and repairing boxes, and handling materials using inventory technology.
Responsibilities
- Determine product count on conveyor line using screens.
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50lbs onto the conveyor belt.
- Walk stairs to access various levels of the facility.
- Assemble and repair damaged boxes.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
- Communicate with the team via walkie-talkie for product requests.
- Notify the warehouse when a line is finished.
- Carefully handle products to meet quality standards.
- Order picking and loading experience.
- Material handling skills.
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50lbs.
- Effective communication skills with team members.
- Experience working on a pick line.
- Knowledge of packing and shipping processes.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing plant environment involves working around moving mechanical parts and motorized vehicles, with exposure to airborne spice particles. Employees typically acclimate to the strong spice aroma within a week. We offer three shifts: 1st (7:00am - 3:00pm), 2nd (3:00pm - 11:00pm), and 3rd (11:00pm - 7:00am).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
