Job Description

·                     Perform receiving, first piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure materials and products conform to customer blueprint specifications

·                     Utilize precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges to conduct mechanical inspections of metal parts

·                     Apply working knowledge of GD&T principles during daily inspection activities

·                     Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in compliance with quality standards and ISO-9001 requirements

Key Requirements

·                     Proficiency in performing first piece, in-process, and final inspections of metal parts

·                     Hands-on experience using precision measurement instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges

·                     Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
