Superintendent Of Construction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent of Construction to manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

• Strong project management skills in construction.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Experience with construction management and supervision.
• Knowledge of OSHA compliance and construction safety standards.
• Proficient use of technical software including AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities to lead and motivate construction teams.
• Problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve construction issues.
• Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all construction aspects.
• Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
