Forging operator needed for an Edgerton, OH company, must be able to train on first and go to third shift. Pay $22.16/23.16

Forging Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.16 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Load and position heated metal billets or stock into forging dies.
• Monitor forging operations to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and blueprints.
• Inspect forged parts for defects and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain production records and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures in a high-temperature manufacturing environment

Forging Operator Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, machine operation, or forging experience preferred.
• Ability to work in hot, noisy, physically demanding conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and shift schedules when require
• Train on first and move to third shift
  • First 6 am to 2:30 pm
  • Third 9:30 pm to 6 am

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
