Job Description
Production Operator – Direct hire
12‑Hour Day Shifts
Pay: $20.50/hr on day shift
$21.50 on night shift
$1,500 Sign‑On Bonus
We’re hiring Production Operators to join our client’s growing manufacturing team! This role offers steady hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and real opportunities to build long‑term skills in an active industrial environment.
You’ll work in the plastic extrusion depts, supporting production lines while making flexible plastic pipe for the construction industry.
What You’ll Be Doing- Assemble steel reels using hand and power tools
- Prepare, stage, and manage materials throughout production
- Feed production lines and handle scrap for recycling or disposal
- Operate grinders, extrusion machines, and related equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Wrap finished products neatly and evenly onto reels
- Cut and route conduit ends as needed
- Package and label products for shipment
- Perform team lifting and heavy material handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to communicate in English
- Ability to perform quality inspections and machine operations
- Comfortable in a large manufacturing environment
- Direct hire, weekly pay

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43680.00/yr.
