Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer / Floater to support daily production operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving a variety of tasks such as cleaning, packaging, assembly, and material handling. You’ll rotate between workstations and play a key role in keeping production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Clean cash drawers and electronic components with care and attention to detail
- Wash and handle electronic products following proper procedures
- Pack and prepare products for shipment (box assembly, packing, labeling)
- Assist with production tasks including assembly, picking, and loading
- Rotate between different stations to support workflow needs
- Safely lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Learn new tasks quickly and apply feedback to improve performance
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals
- Ability to perform general labor in a production/manufacturing environment
- Capable of repetitive lifting and physical work
- Willingness to learn and take on different tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, occasionally dirty environment
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail

This is a Contract position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
