About this job

our daughter is very sensitive & is used to being held--we do not believe in letting her cry it out, so our ideal caregiver is caring, warm, has a gentle spirit, & is okay with picking up our daughter when she wants to be comforted. It is imperative she is taken out for her daily walks, she's encouraged to explore, play, & support her development by engaging with her/help her learn.
