Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We need someone who can stay with our little dog when we go on vacation... usually 4 days... and also someone who could come over on random occasions twice in a day (noon to take dog out) and around 4:00 p.m. to take dog for a walk and feed her, so we can spend a full day away from the house.
