Medical Manufacturing Equipment Operator - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Medical Manufacturing Equipment Operator to join their team. As an Medical Manufacturing Equipment Operator  you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to work, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Manufacturing Equipment Operator

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $18

Shift: B1 (12-hour rotating shift, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Operate simple automated assembly machines in a cleanroom environment
• Interpret and respond to machine faults to ensure continuous production
• Perform routine setup and adjustments of machines, fixtures, and stations
• Conduct inspections and testing to maintain high product quality
• Weigh, package, and label finished products according to specifications

What's Needed?

• Machine operation experience, entry-level acceptable if work history is stable
• Ability to identify and clear simple machine faults
• Experience using gauges and dials to monitor equipment
• Ability to read and follow written procedures (SOPs)
• Comfort with repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 20 lbs
